We want you to love Solem. If a paid subscription isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of any new charge — no questions asked.
What's covered
- New Pro subscriptions — first monthly or annual charge.
- Pro renewal charges — refund window opens on the renewal date.
- Founding-member annual charges — first annual charge and any renewal.
How to request a refund
Email support@solem.ai from the email address on your Solem account. Include the date of the charge you'd like refunded. We'll process the refund within 5 business days; refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
- Your subscription is cancelled at the time of refund.
- Your account drops to the free Saver tier — your saved pages stay; the library becomes read-only above the 100-save cap.
- If you were on the Founding rate, the locked rate is forfeited. Founding seats are limited; once given up, the rate cannot be reclaimed.
Free trial
New accounts can start with a 14-day free trial of Pro. No payment method is required to start the trial. If you don't subscribe at the end of the trial, your account drops to the Saver tier automatically — there's nothing to refund.
Outside the 30-day window
We don't generally issue refunds for charges older than 30 days. If you believe there's an exceptional circumstance (e.g. an extended outage, a billing error on our side), email support@solem.ai and we'll look at it case by case.
Cancellation without refund
You can cancel any subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in the web app. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. After that, your account drops to the Saver tier. Your saved content is preserved.
